My new graduate!

My first post and it’s big news!  My littlest daughter Emma graduated from four-year-old preschool last night! Here she is receiving her diploma from her teacher.  The whole thing was very sweet and sentimental, especially the slide show.  There were a lot of tears (mostly parents, but a few reluctant graduates) and a freak hailstorm that almost stole the show.  My husband and I were sitting near the backdoors and we could see golf ball sized hail hitting the grass outside and bouncing several feet up in the air.  And then it was all over and the kids were eating giant cookies, drinking lemonade and throwing melting hail balls.  Emma wanted to go to Sonic for her “special dinner”, but we talked her into something slightly less drive-thru.  So now the long summer begins…
